Online Somatic Explorers Group

We often feel alone in our journey. This group is a heartfelt place to explore and implement the skills of Somatic Experiencing for those looking to deepen their relationship with themselves in a safe environment with the support of others. Come with a question or challenge or simply listen and gain greater understanding through hearing others experiences and doing the practices. We meet twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 2pm HST/5pm PST.

  • Explore supportive somatic and sensory practices in a safe and connected environment. 

  • Cultivate a deep friendship with your body.

  • Bring questions and challenges to receive individualized support and recommendations.

  • Learn how to integrate somatic practices into daily life

  • Learn how to co-regulate with loved ones

  • Learn how to listen to the hidden gestures and inclinations of your body

  • Learn how to recognize which nervous system state you are currently inhabiting and how it may affect your relationships

  • Meet others dedicated to their own journey

  • Spend time nourishing and regulating your nervous system in a loving environment

  • Gain access to a private Facebook group where you can share how you are integrating the practices and ask questions


Practiced regularly, the skills of SE can assist in changing the way your nervous system functions, creating greater regulation and nervous system resilience.

This group is open to those who have had at least 3 sessions with a qualified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner
